Navigating Life Transitions

Tuesday Evenings
October 13 – November 3
7:00-8:30pm ET
ONLINE

Life is full of transitions - that liminal space between when the familiar ground of certainty falls away and the "next thing" materializes. Births, deaths, retirement, empty nests, divorce... Psychologists tell us that all change is inherently stressful to the system, even the changes we welcome! But in addition to being unsettling and stressful, these periods of groundlessness can set the stage for profound personal and spiritual growth. In this 4-week class, we'll engage with some of the classical Buddhist teachings on working with the difficulty of being in transition -- emotionally, mentally, and physically.

Registration opens August 14th. For more info, please visit the IMCW Class Page.
